Great CFJA Sunday - Oct. 16th

Our thanks go to Lyn Gaetz, Chair of the Centre for Faith, Justice and the Arts Implementation Committee, for her excellent update on the work of the CFJA team. Lyn's written remarks are available from the office or on the windowsill in the narthex.  Brad Ratzaff  (also a member of the CFJA team) and the TSP Choir, with guests from the Hart House and VIVA singers, gave a moving presentation of  Swedish composer Arvo Part’s anthem ”Tribute to Caesar”, bringing the lens of the  ”arts” to our scripture reading. Janet Mairs facilitated a lively dialogue after the service to receive our members’ ideas and questions for our emergent CFJA, a ”work in progress”.  We welcome ongoing contributions of ideas and questions.
